Metal Spray Guns & Spare Parts

When a product needs to be sprayed it is applied to an object through the use of an air-pressurized spray gun. The gun has a nozzle, paint basin, and air compressor. When the trigger is pressed the paint mixes with the compressed air stream and is released in a fine spray. Due to a wide range of nozzle shapes and sizes, the consistency of the paint can be varied. The shape of the workpiece and the desired paint consistency and pattern are important factors when choosing a nozzle. The three most common nozzles are the full cone, hollow cone, and flat stream.

There are two types of air-gun spraying processes:

In a manual operation method the air-gun sprayer is held by a skilled operator, about 6 to 10 inches (15–25 cm) from the object, and moved back and forth over the surface, each stroke overlapping the previous to ensure a continuous coat.

In an automatic process the gun head is attached to a mounting block and delivers the stream of paint from that position. The object being painted is usually placed on rollers or a turntable to ensure overall equal coverage of all sides. Flame type Metal Spray Gun sprays pure or alloyed metal such as Zinc, Al, Steel, Brass, in wire form by using Oxygen-Acetylene/L.P.G. gases flame and atomized by a blast of compressed Air.We at Synco manufacture the following types of Metal Spray Guns

In the Flame spray process, the raw material in the form of a single wire, cord or powder, is melted in an oxygen-fuel gas flame. This molten material is atomised by a cone of compressed air and propelled towards the workpiece.

In the list of our most exclusive and finest quality services and products are also included these Plasma flame spray services (wire & powder). These flame spray services are very much useful in various kinds of industrial, automobile and mechanical utilities as they provide excellent coating facilities while giving minimum heat input to the base metal. These Plasma flame spray services (wire & powder) are proved to be very much helpful in corrosion control coatings (aluminum and zinc), Babbitt bearings, decorative coatings, EMI and RFI shielding for defense etc.
