Metal Spray Guns & Spare Parts
There are two types of air-gun spraying processes:
In a manual operation method the air-gun sprayer is held by a skilled operator, about 6 to 10 inches (15–25 cm) from the object, and moved back and forth over the surface, each stroke overlapping the previous to ensure a continuous coat.
In an automatic process the gun head is attached to a mounting block and delivers the stream of paint from that position. The object being painted is usually placed on rollers or a turntable to ensure overall equal coverage of all sides. Flame type Metal Spray Gun sprays pure or alloyed metal such as Zinc, Al, Steel, Brass, in wire form by using Oxygen-Acetylene/L.P.G. gases flame and atomized by a blast of compressed Air.We at Synco manufacture the following types of Metal Spray Guns
Flame Spray Guns
In the Flame spray process, the raw material in the form of a single wire, cord or powder, is melted in an oxygen-fuel gas flame. This molten material is atomised by a cone of compressed air and propelled towards the workpiece.
In the list of our most exclusive and finest quality services and products are also included these Plasma flame spray services (wire & powder). These flame spray services are very much useful in various kinds of industrial, automobile and mechanical utilities as they provide excellent coating facilities while giving minimum heat input to the base metal.
